I’m Paridhi — a nutritionist and a yoga instructor who is endlessly curious about the gut and all the ways it shapes our health. Over the years, my journey has taken me from academic and community research in the UK, to building The Gut Perspective — a space where science meets everyday life.
I believe nutrition and gut health isn't just about what we eat – it's about how we live, move, and connect with our bodies. My work is all about breaking down the science into simple, practical tools that you can actually use.
